Shanti Dharma runs meditation classes for beginners and advanced practitioners.
The beginner classes focus on relaxation and stress management. You will experience a definite “wind down” in these classes as stress leaves your physical and mental body. With simple breathing techniques used to calm the body and mind you will have the opportunity to slow down and recharge your batteries.
Advanced meditation classes are aimed at deep personal transformation. In these classes you will be gently guided and assisted to release the energetic blocks that are holding you back from reaching your full potential. Stuck emotions, negative thoughts and core beliefs that no longer serve you can all be released and replaced with more life affirming thoughts and positive beliefs. Through working with the energy body in these powerful meditations, your “life” as you experience it will also change.

This class is currently open to all levels and can be considered a “drop in” class. The space is AMAZING! Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle, it’s “thirsty work” sometimes. Expect uplifting energy, chanting, community and loads of love!
